Over 45 Years and 3 Generations Later...

The Park Restaurant is still one of the finest dining establishment in Highland Falls. A life-long dream of John and Anna Pozo began November 1956. This dream of establishing a fine restaurant of good, home cooked meals at a reasonable price became the focus for years to come. In 1976 their children and grandchildren continued the dream until the present. Sole proprietor/chef Mike Pozo continues this dream with the same pride and basic principles: Good food, Good Friends, and a Good Place to be.
The building is over 150 years old. First it was a hotel and then a bar. During prohibition there was a soda fountain where the bar is, and a speakeasy in the back dinning room. We look forward to having you stop and visit us! Come and share the history of The Park Restaurant.
